Overview of the Embarc Members Association

Embarc Members Association (formally known as Club Intrawest) has five board members.

As outlined in the DRI Disclosure statement, one of these members is considered independent, in that the Declarant (DRI) cannot vote for the position.

The four other positions are not considered independent; the declarant not only can vote for these positions but also can run for these positions with a DRI (non-member) employee.

Given that DRI's voting power is 15 times greater than member voting power, they (Intrawest & DR) have always managed to win every election by simply voting once for each of their candidates
